Although a relatively new member to the Lancashire Renewables Family, I have settled in quickly into the organisation. The role is extremely varied and interesting, which means there is a constant learning curve. As the company evolves and moves forward, I look forward to being able to contribute to making Lancashire Renewables more efficient, cost-effective and the best of working environments. Lancashire Renewables has welcomed me with open arms in my new role and made me feel welcome and comfortable, I have never been welcomed so quickly into a new role. I feel appreciated and feel as my opinions matter and are appreciated. I feel with the role there are always new challenges to overcome but there is always support when needed. The role is extremely rewarding as you help the plant operate by making sure all equipment is ordered and arrives in time.
